A note from one of our guest's...

Good afternoon. I just wanted to touch base with you to compliment you for having

(1) such a beautiful, clean, relaxing establishment and
(2) to commend your staff.

I was your guest for six nights last week during a conference in downtown Charlotte. Every aspect of my stay was delightful. I especially want to acknowledge the work and contributions made by Carolyn. She helped with my original reservation, served breakfast, worked at the front desk and even helped find my lost earring (which she is returning by mail). I grew up in the hotel business, worked as a sales executive who traveled for many years and my family owns a business. I understand the difficulty with finding and keeping outstanding staff. But establishing a culture of service is a unique accomplishment,
shared by few, but enjoyed by each of your customers.
