What is your cancellation policy?
Our Cancellation Policy is 48 hours prior to arrival.
What time is check in? check out?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. until 11 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 11 p.m, please let us know so that we can make arrangements for late arrival. Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
What is the charge for a late check out?
Late check out is based on availability. Please contact the Front Desk to make special arrangements.
Are there any smoking rooms available?
No. Our entire property (including all guest rooms) is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes, a homemade Southern breakfast for two is included with each lodging room.
What other complimentary amenities are included in the rate?
We provide complimentary coffee, use of plush bathrobes, and wireless Internet access.
Is there high speed Internet access in the rooms?
Yes! We provide wireless internet access in all lodging rooms.
Is there a full service restaurant or bar on site?
No. We provide breakfast daily and complimentary coffee and beverage room service is available for all lodging guests. The property is in close proximity to many of the area’s best restaurants, which our Front Desk will be more than happy to supply a list for your dining pleasure.
Are you Handicap accessible?
Lodging is available on the first floor. Each room has eccentricities, making each more or less accessible depending on the circumstances. Please call our inn to discuss your individual needs and we will work to find the best fit for your need. Ramps are available for common area and meeting room accessibility.
Do you have a Pet Policy?
Yes, we allow pets in designated room for a fee. Only dogs or cats that weigh 80 lbs. or less are permitted to stay at The Inn, in the Carriage House lodging rooms. Domesticated dogs over 80 lbs. may be permitted to stay in The Inn at the Inn’s sole discretion and must be discussed with the Inn’s General or Operations Manager prior to making a reservation.
