Is a deposit required to book a room?
- A 50 percent NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is collected at the time of booking.
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

What time is check-in? Check-out?
- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 12:00 p.m.

What is the charge for a late checkout?
- There is no charge for late check-out; however, it is based on availability. Please contact the front desk to inquire.

Is breakfast included in my rate?
- Yes, a classic Southern breakfast included with coffee, hot tea, and orange juice.

Are there any smoking rooms available?
- Our entire property, including all guest rooms, is non- smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Do you have a bar on site?
Yes, at the front desk we have a menu of cocktails, wine, and beer for you and your guests.
